Delivery & Returns


When you order through the website, we will send you an email confirmation that your order has been placed. We will then email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched. Whilst we aim to have your order with you as soon as possible, please note that we currently dispatch orders once a week. 

Items are posted using Royal Mail second class service, we are sorry that we have to charge you this added cost to ship your items and we aim to keep costs as low as possible for you.


Postage costs

Second class UK delivery only:

£1.95 for orders under £6.00

£3.95 for orders over £6.00

£6.50 for orders over £40.00

FREE for orders over £100



In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged or appears faulty we will refund the item for you. 

1.  Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item or simply return it with your order details and reason.   

2. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility if it is no longer required unless it is faulty or damaged.

Once the item has been received we will process a refund by the payment method used to make your purchase with us and notify you once this has been done.
